Chilled items & warm-weather notice

We ship chilled (perishable) foods with ice-gel packs, kept refrigerated. Please refrigerate items immediately on delivery and be available to receive your order on the delivery day.

Feeding guide

Each cat is unique, so feeding amounts may vary. Use the feeding chart as a starting point and adjust according to your cat’s weight and activity level. Feed twice daily and ensure clean, fresh water is always available.

Storage

Store in its original packaging and roll the top down securely after each use. In humid climates, place the bag inside an airtight container. Wash storage bins regularly to prevent residue buildup. Keep in a cool, dry place at room temperature. Refrigeration is not required.
