Description

Poğaça are the small savoury buns that every Turkish bakery sells by the bag, and the cheese version is the best-known of them all. This Maun pack contains eight baked cheese buns; the pack describes them as "Gebackene Pastete mit Käse" (baked pastry with cheese). The manufacturer's ingredient list shows a dough of wheat flour, vegetable margarine, water, a little sugar and salt, raised with fresh sourdough, with cheese making up 15% of the recipe.
