Description

The 2XL calibre is one of the largest sizes in Marmarabirlik's black olive range, so each olive is substantial enough to be a satisfying bite on its own. This premium line is sold as natural brine ('doğal salamura') black olives in an 800 g tin.

Large olives are best when they are the star of the plate. Put a bowl of them on the breakfast table beside white cheese, tomatoes, cucumber and warm bread, or serve them on a meze platter with feta, olive oil and lemon. They can also be halved into a shepherd's salad, baked on pide or pizza, or pitted and chopped into a rustic tapenade with garlic and olive oil.

Store the unopened tin in a cool, dry place. Once opened, do not leave the olives in the tin: move them with their brine into a clean glass or plastic container, keep them refrigerated and use a clean spoon each time.
