Description

Popkek Mini Banana is a soft mini sponge cake from the Turkish brand Eti. Each cake is covered with a cocoa coating and filled with a sweet banana sauce. The 180 g bag contains ten cakes of 18 g, wrapped individually so they stay soft and travel well. According to the label the sauce includes banana powder, and the cake itself makes up a little over 72% of the recipe, with about 17% cocoa coating and 11% banana sauce.
