Eti Karam Pistachio Dark Chocolate is a 60 g bar of dark chocolate with at least 54% cocoa dry matter and 14% Antep pistachio. The chocolate is made from cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter and reduced-fat cocoa powder, with butter, emulsifiers and vanillin.

The pistachio pieces add texture to the intense cocoa taste, a pairing that sits naturally beside Turkish flavours. Break a few squares to serve with a small cup of Turkish coffee or strong black tea, chop the bar over plain yoghurt or vanilla ice cream, or melt it to dip strawberries and dried apricots.
