Cheesegetti turns a block of cheese into something closer to a plate of noodles. The tray is filled with long, thin cheese strings cut in a spaghetti style, and the front of the pack sums up the idea with the line "Pull it, Twist it, Snack it" and calls it "The fun way to eat cheese". Badges on the pack describe it as a source of protein, lunchbox friendly and made with no artificial colours.
The strings can be eaten just as they come, but they are also handy in the kitchen. Twirl a few over a bowl of hot pasta or rice so they start to melt, tuck them into a sandwich, wrap or toastie, scatter them over a green salad or a baked potato, or add them to a snack plate with olives, cucumber sticks, cherry tomatoes and crackers. For a quick breakfast, serve them with bread, tomatoes and a glass of tea.
Please check the pack for the full ingredient list, allergen information, storage instructions and use-by date before serving. Once the tray is opened, reseal it or move the strings into a lidded box, and use them within the time given on the label.
