Chilled items & warm-weather notice

We ship chilled (perishable) foods with ice-gel packs, kept refrigerated. In warm weather, light oil sweating on cured products such as sucuk/pastırma, or softening of cheese, is normal and not a sign of spoilage — it returns to normal once chilled. Please refrigerate items immediately on delivery and be available to receive your order on the delivery day.

Perishable foods are exempt from the 14-day change-of-mind return; your statutory rights for genuine quality or safety issues remain unaffected.

Description

Ülker Salted Sticks, labelled Salta Pinnar on the pack and known in Turkey as çubuk kraker, are thin, crunchy salted pretzel-style sticks that many people in Turkey grew up with. The bag has a see-through window so you can see the golden sticks, and the 220 g size is good for sharing across a table or keeping in the pantry.

They are a natural partner for tea, and just as often served with ayran or a cold drink. Put a bowl out for guests, pack a handful into a lunchbox, serve them alongside cheese, olives, dips and hummus, or crush them over soup and salads for extra crunch. Children and adults tend to finish the bag quickly.

Keep the bag tightly closed or clipped in a cool, dry place so the sticks stay crisp. Recipes and allergen statements can differ between packs made for different markets, so please read the ingredient and allergen information on the pack you receive.
