Description

Ülker Çiziviç Peynirli Kremalı Sandviç Kraker is a savoury sandwich cracker: two crisp wheat crackers with a cream filling flavoured with cheese powder, whey and milk powder. The 82 g long wrapper holds a row of crackers, and the green-and-orange pack is a familiar sight on Turkish snack shelves. Çiziviç belongs to Ülker's Çizi family of cheese snacks.

It is typically eaten as an afternoon snack with tea, in a lunchbox, or as a quick bite on a journey. The cheese cream makes it more filling than a plain cracker, and it is not a sweet biscuit: it has about 10 g of sugars per 100 g, while salt is high at 1.9 g per 100 g. It also goes well on a snack plate with olives, cucumber and tomatoes.

It contains gluten (wheat and barley malt), milk and soy, and the ingredient list includes sodium metabisulphite (a sulphite) as a flour treatment agent. Store the pack in a cool, dry place away from strong smells and moisture. Made in Türkiye by Ülker.
