Description

Eti Browni Gold is a single-serve chocolate cake in a gold-and-brown wrapper that reads "Mutlu et kendini!" ("make yourself happy!"). Eti describes this chocolate-sauce Browni Gold as bringing together a moist, richly chocolatey cake and an intense chocolate sauce. The cocoa cake makes up 83.5% of the product and contains 4.5% dark chocolate; the remaining 16.5% is a chocolate sauce made with skimmed milk powder, reduced-fat cocoa powder and dark chocolate.

At 45 g it is a ready-to-eat treat for a lunchbox, a coffee break or a quick sweet after a meal. In Turkish homes, cakes like this are often served with tea or Turkish coffee, and the individual wrapper makes it easy to carry with you.
