The manufacturer's specification gives the recipe as 97.3% extra virgin olive oil, 2% dried basil and 0.7% basil flavouring, and the label states that there are no artificial colours or flavours. The oil comes in a 250 ml glass bottle with a green label.
It is a finishing oil rather than a frying oil.
