Description

Eti Popkek Muzlu is a single-serve sponge cake from Eti, one of Turkey's best-known snack makers, in a 60 g wrapper. Under the cocoa coating sits a soft cake with a banana-flavoured sauce in the centre; according to the ingredient list the cake makes up about 70%, the banana sauce 16% and the cocoa coating 14% of the product.

It is a classic Turkish lunchbox and tea-time snack. Many people eat it with a glass of Turkish tea or a cold glass of milk, and its individual wrapper makes it easy to tuck into a school bag, car or picnic basket.
