Description

Eti Burçak Sütlü Kakaolu Kremalı sandwiches a milk and cocoa cream between two crisp, criss-cross patterned Burçak biscuits. The biscuit is made with 25% rolled oats and 12% whole wheat flour, and the pack carries a "doğal lif kaynağı" (natural source of fibre) tag. The filling makes up 23% of the biscuit; alongside sugar and vegetable oil it contains whole milk powder (18.6%), reduced-fat cocoa powder (7.3%) and cocoa mass, which gives it a mild, milky cocoa taste rather than a dark chocolate one.

Burçak is one of the most familiar biscuit names in Turkish households, usually served with a glass of black tea at breakfast, in the afternoon or when visiting friends and family. The cream version is an easy lunchbox or snack-time biscuit; it can also be crumbled over yoghurt or ice cream, or used as a quick base for a no-bake biscuit dessert.
