Description

Eti Burçak Sütlü Çikolatalı is a square wheat biscuit with a layer of smooth milk chocolate set into the top. The biscuit makes up 71% of the recipe and contains 24% whole wheat flour, plus bran and barley malt extract, in line with the wholemeal style Burçak is known for. The remaining 29% is milk chocolate with at least 27% cocoa solids, made with cocoa butter, cocoa mass, milk powder and butter. The pack carries a "lif kaynağı" (source of fibre) tag.

It is a classic tea-time biscuit in Türkiye, and works equally well with a cup of coffee or a glass of cold milk. Because the chocolate sits on top rather than in the middle, it is easy to dunk. Serve it on a plate for guests, or pack a couple in a lunchbox for a break.

It contains gluten (wheat and barley), milk and egg. Keep the 114 g pack in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and close the wrapper after opening to keep the biscuits crisp. Made in Türkiye by Eti.
