Chilled items & warm-weather notice

We ship chilled (perishable) foods with ice-gel packs, kept refrigerated. In warm weather, light oil sweating on cured products such as sucuk/pastırma, or softening of cheese, is normal and not a sign of spoilage — it returns to normal once chilled. Please refrigerate items immediately on delivery and be available to receive your order on the delivery day.

Perishable foods are exempt from the 14-day change-of-mind return; your statutory rights for genuine quality or safety issues remain unaffected.

Description

This is a 250 g pack of instant granule drink with an apple flavour from the Ali Baba brand. Turkish apple tea (elma çayı) is one of the best-known flavoured instant drinks in Turkey and in Turkish shops abroad: the granules dissolve in hot water, so there is no brewing or straining.

It is traditionally served hot in a small tulip-shaped tea glass, often to guests, in cafés, or after a meal. For a cold version, dissolve the granules in a little hot water first, then top up with chilled water and add ice and a slice of apple or lemon. Follow the preparation guidance printed on the pack for the amount per glass, and adjust it to taste.

We could not verify the ingredient list, allergen details or nutrition values for this specific pack from an independent source, so please read the label before serving, especially when preparing it for someone with allergies or dietary requirements. Keep the container tightly closed in a cool, dry place to prevent the granules from clumping.
