Description

Eti Topkek Çilekli is a small, single-serve cake wrapped on its own in a bright pink pack. The picture on the wrapper shows a golden cake with pockets of red strawberry sauce inside, and the label backs this up: the cake makes up about 85% of the recipe and the strawberry sauce about 15%, with strawberry purée listed in the sauce.

Because every 40 g cake is wrapped separately it travels well: slip one into a school bag, an office drawer or a picnic basket.
