Description

Eti Bidolu is a wafer for people who like their sweets nutty. Thin, crisp wafer sheets are layered with a cream made with hazelnut paste and peanut paste, and the label lists peanuts at 10 percent and hazelnut paste at 9.5 percent, with pieces of peanut adding extra crunch to each bite. The wafer sheets make up only 15 percent of the weight and the cream 85 percent, so the filling is generous. The 81 g pack holds five pieces, which makes it easy to share or to enjoy over a few days.

In Türkiye wafers like this are a staple of the afternoon snack and the lunchbox.
