Description

This long, slender Eti chocolate bar is made from milk chocolate with pieces of Antep pistachio, and its bright green wrapper with pistachio pictures makes it easy to spot. According to the Turkish label information the bar is 88% milk chocolate and 12% pistachio, and the milk chocolate contains at least 32% cocoa solids.

The single bar is a handy size for one person. Eat it with a cup of Turkish coffee or black tea, tuck it into a bag for a walk, or chop it over vanilla ice cream, rice pudding (sütlaç) or sliced bananas for a simple dessert. Set out in a small bowl with other chocolates, it also makes a pleasant treat at tea time with guests.
