Description

Crax Cheese & Onion is a pack of thin, crunchy cheese and onion flavoured stick crackers from the Turkish brand Eti, sold under the name Patlayan Lezzet, 'bursting flavour'. The 50 g pack is a convenient single portion. The label lists wheat flour, popped corn, vegetable oil and whey powder first, and further down cheese powder (0.2%), onion powder (0.1%), sweet red pepper powder and tomato paste.

In Turkey, stick crackers like these are a favourite with tea, ayran or a cold fizzy drink, and they are a popular school and office snack. Serve them in a bowl for a film night, add a handful to a snack board next to olives and white cheese, or take the pack along on a journey.
