Packaging items — delivery information

Packaging items now ship under the same rules as groceries. Order food, packaging, or both — delivery is calculated on a single basket.

If your basket subtotal before VAT is £60 or more, delivery is free; under £60 a standard £5.99 + 20% VAT (£7.19) delivery rate applies. (In some remote areas carriage is calculated by parcel weight.)

Packaging only: if you add 3 or more packaging items (3 different products or 3 of the same), a one-time +£1.99 handling fee applies per order — including on free-delivery orders.

Packaging product pages show prices including 20% VAT; the basket and checkout itemise the VAT separately. (Grocery food is VAT-free / zero-rated.)
