What's in Pasta & Salad Sauces
This is a compact but well-loved category built almost entirely around pomegranate-based sauces and molasses, with ÖNCÜ, BURCU, BODRUM and ANTHAP as the main brands. Options range from Öncü's 700g pomegranate paste dressing and 330g bottled sauce to Anthap's 330g natural molasses, Bodrum's 250ml sauce and Burcu's 720g and 370g bottles, giving households a choice of pack size depending on how often they cook with it.
Delivery to Huddersfield
Orders are dispatched by DHL Express and generally reach Huddersfield's HD postcodes, along with Leeds, Wakefield and Harrogate nearby, within 1-2 business days. Free delivery applies once an order reaches £60, and a flat £5.99 fee applies below that. Orders placed before 12:00 on a weekday are usually dispatched the same day, with a DHL tracking number sent by email once the parcel is on its way.
Buying Tips for Pomegranate Sauces
Pomegranate molasses keeps well unrefrigerated before opening and for a good while after, since its natural sourness acts as a preserving agent, so a single larger bottle such as Burcu's 720g size is often more economical than several small ones for regular cooks. It works equally as a salad dressing, a glaze for grilled meat and vegetables, and a tangy addition to lentil dishes, meaning one bottle covers several uses in a Huddersfield kitchen without needing separate products for each purpose.
