Attis Whole Kalamata Olives in Brine come in a 720 ml glass jar. The label describes them as whole Kalamata olives in brine, so the stones are still inside. Kalamata is one of the best-known Greek table olive varieties, and its dark colour makes it easy to tell apart from green olives on a mixed plate.

Serve a handful at breakfast or as part of a meze spread, add them to a tomato, cucumber and onion salad with a drizzle of olive oil, or fold them into pasta sauces, pizza toppings, bread dough and baked fish dishes. To remove the stone, press each olive gently with the flat side of a knife and lift it out.

Store the unopened jar in a cool, dark cupboard. Once opened, keep the olives covered by the brine, refrigerate the jar and follow the storage guidance printed on the label.
