Dimes Sour Apple, sold in Turkey as Ekşi Elmalı İçecek, is a crisp green-apple drink in a 1-litre carton; the carton pictured is the English-language version, labelled Sour Apple and Apple Drink. According to the retailer's label data it is made from apple juice concentrate with malic acid and green-apple flavouring, which gives it the sharp, mouth-watering tang of a tart apple instead of the mellow sweetness of a red-apple juice.
