Picture a Saturday shop for the week ahead: white cheese and yoghurt for breakfast, a bag of red lentils for a pot of soup, olives and flatbread for lunches, and a box of baklava tucked away for visitors. For households across the LL postcode area, that shop can happen online instead of driving out to find a specialist grocer, with everything arriving at the door together.
Towns across the LL area
The LL postcode area is anchored by Llandudno and reaches across North Wales to Wrexham, Ruthin, Denbigh, Rhyl, Prestatyn, Llangollen, Corwen, Abergele, Bala, Dolwyddelan and Llanrwst, spanning postcode districts from LL11 to LL51. There is no dedicated city page for this stretch of North Wales yet, but the full range of more than 5,800 products, from pulses and cheese to drinks and household basics, ships to every district in that list.
How the weekly shop gets delivered
Orders go out with DHL Express and normally take one to two business days to arrive anywhere in the LL area. An order reaching £60 or more comes with free delivery; smaller orders carry a flat £5.99 charge. Placing the order before 12:00 on a weekday usually means same-day dispatch, and a DHL tracking number arrives by email once the parcel is sent. Chilled items such as cheese and yoghurt are packed with ice-gel packs to keep the cold chain intact.
Planning the week's shop as one basket and pushing it towards £60 is an easy way to avoid the delivery charge while stocking the fridge and pantry together.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to keep chilled items cold as soon as they arrive?›
Yes, chilled products such as cheese and yoghurt travel with ice-gel packs for LL deliveries, but it is best to unpack them into the fridge promptly once the parcel is delivered rather than leaving it on a doorstep for hours.
What should I buy first if I am new to Turkish groceries?›
White cheese, olives, red lentils, pide bread and a jar of Turkish delight are a practical starting basket for LL customers new to the range, covering breakfast, cooking basics and something sweet in one order.
Are the products halal-certified?›
Many products carry halal certification, and this is stated on the relevant product page for anyone shopping from an LL address. Checking the page details before ordering confirms the certification for that specific item.
Can I mix chilled and non-chilled items in one order?›
Yes, chilled and ambient products can be combined in a single order to LL postcodes, and the parcel is packed so the chilled items stay cold using ice-gel packs throughout the one to two day delivery.
