Picture a Saturday morning weekly shop in the GU area: a family in Guildford or Farnham wants tulum cheese and yoghurt for breakfast, dried chickpeas and bulgur for the week's cooking, olives for the table, simit for the children's lunchboxes and a box of baklava for the weekend. Ordering online covers the whole list in one go rather than a trip to several shops.
GU postcodes and towns we cover
The GU postcode area takes in post towns including Guildford, Cranleigh, Godalming, Farnham, Aldershot, Camberley, Woking and Hindhead, with districts running from GU1 to GU52 and beyond. Guildford and Woking both have dedicated city pages, so residents there can browse the full catalogue as well as the general GU-wide delivery information that also applies to Farnham, Cranleigh and Godalming.
How delivery works in GU
Everything ships via DHL Express, arriving within 1-2 business days of dispatch. Orders of £60 or more get free delivery across GU, and orders below that carry a flat £5.99 charge. Order before 12:00 on a weekday and dispatch usually happens the same day, so a Friday morning order from Godalming could land before the weekend shop begins. Chilled goods travel with ice-gel packs, and a DHL tracking number is emailed once the parcel is on its way.
A practical tip for GU households is to plan the weekly shop as one order that mixes chilled dairy, dry pantry staples and a treat like baklava, so the basket comfortably reaches £60 for free delivery and everything arrives together. Unopened non-perishable items can be returned; chilled and perishable goods cannot once delivered.

Frequently asked questions
What time do I need to order by for fast dispatch in GU?›
Orders placed before 12:00 Monday to Friday are typically dispatched the same day to GU postcodes. Orders placed later or over the weekend are usually dispatched the next working day.
Can I place an order to GU over the weekend?›
Yes, you can order any day of the week, though weekend orders are generally dispatched on the next working day rather than immediately, since dispatch follows the weekday cutoff schedule.
Can I return perishable items delivered to a GU address?›
Chilled and perishable products such as cheese and fresh bakery items cannot be returned once delivered. Unopened non-perishable goods, however, are eligible for return.
Are any GU districts treated as remote for delivery?›
No, the whole GU postcode area is covered under our standard mainland UK delivery terms, including the free-delivery threshold at £60, with no weight-based remote pricing applied.
