Postcodes and towns covered in FY
The FY postcode area covers the post towns of Blackpool and Fleetwood, with districts running from FY0 to FY8. Blackpool has its own dedicated city page on our site, where local customers can browse the full catalogue alongside general FY-wide delivery information for the surrounding coastal districts.
How delivery works for FY
All FY orders travel with DHL Express, arriving within 1-2 business days of dispatch. Baskets of £60 or more qualify for free delivery, while smaller orders carry a flat £5.99 charge. Ordering before 12:00 on a weekday usually means same-day dispatch, so a Blackpool household shopping for chilled dairy and store-cupboard staples on a Wednesday morning could see the parcel arrive by Friday at the latest. Chilled goods are packed with ice-gel to protect them in transit, and you receive a DHL tracking number by email the moment your order leaves our network.
A useful habit for FY shoppers is to combine chilled and ambient items in a single order rather than several small ones, since it makes it easier to reach the £60 free-delivery mark. Unopened non-perishable products can be returned, but chilled and perishable goods such as cheese or fresh bakery items cannot once they have arrived.
