Delivery details for FK
Orders are sent by DHL Express and typically arrive within 1-2 business days of dispatch. Spend £60 or more and delivery to your FK address is free; orders under that value carry a flat £5.99 charge. Place your order before 12:00 Monday to Friday and it is usually dispatched the same day, so an FK household ordering pantry staples on a Monday morning can expect the parcel by midweek. Chilled products such as cheese and dairy travel with ice-gel packs to keep them fresh, and a DHL tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the order leaves us.
A practical tip for FK shoppers: build your basket toward £60 to clear the free-delivery threshold, and order chilled dairy alongside dry goods in one go rather than splitting orders, since each shipment is packed and tracked separately. Returns are accepted for unopened non-perishable items, though chilled and perishable goods cannot be returned once delivered.
