Delivery details for DD

Orders to DD addresses ship with DHL Express and typically arrive within 1-2 business days. Spend £60 or more and delivery is free; below that a flat £5.99 charge applies. Ordering before 12:00 on a weekday usually means same-day dispatch, and a tracking number is emailed to you once the parcel leaves us. Chilled items such as cheese and cured meats are packed with ice-gel to stay fresh over the journey.

For anyone shopping the DD area for the first time, it is worth building a basket that mixes pantry staples like legumes and grains with chilled and bakery items to reach the £60 threshold in one go. Unopened non-perishable products can be returned, though chilled and perishable goods are not eligible once delivered.
