Delivery details for DA
Every DA order is sent with DHL Express and typically arrives within 1-2 business days. Orders of £60 or more qualify for free delivery, while smaller orders carry a flat £5.99 charge. Place your order before 12:00 Monday to Friday and dispatch usually happens the same day, with a tracking number emailed once it leaves us. Chilled items such as cheese and cured meats travel with ice-gel packs to stay fresh.
A practical tip for DA shoppers: pair pantry staples like bulgur and legumes with chilled favourites in one order to reach the £60 free-delivery mark. Unopened non-perishable items can be returned, though chilled and perishable goods are excluded once delivered.
