Chilled items & warm-weather notice

We ship chilled (perishable) foods with ice-gel packs, kept refrigerated. In warm weather, light oil sweating on cured products such as sucuk/pastırma, or softening of cheese, is normal and not a sign of spoilage — it returns to normal once chilled. Please refrigerate items immediately on delivery and be available to receive your order on the delivery day.

Perishable foods are exempt from the 14-day change-of-mind return; your statutory rights for genuine quality or safety issues remain unaffected.

Description

When it comes to the perfect cuppa, taste is everything. That's why this delicious blend is expertly crafted using tea leaves grown on our tea gardens in Kenya. And that's not all. We pour a lot of love and care in too, to bring you a perfectly smooth, fresh and rounded taste that always hits the spot. So whether it's milky, sugary, or a full-bodied builder's with a biccy on the side, one thing's for sure: however you like your tea, it's the taste that really matters. Our taste.
