Description

Moong Dal is also known as green gram or mung beans. Southeast and East Asia. East End Moong Beans is an essential commodity for any asian cooking. They just like to eat moong dal in the typical ‘dal’ form without the skins on. This preparation is called ‘moog dal.’ In Andhra Pradesh, East End Moong Beans is ground up whole (along with the skins) to create the batter for a special kind of dosa called pesarattu. Indus Moong Dall (Green) is extensively cleaned and so that it is ready to use.
