Chilled items & warm-weather notice

We ship chilled (perishable) foods with ice-gel packs, kept refrigerated. In warm weather, light oil sweating on cured products such as sucuk/pastırma, or softening of cheese, is normal and not a sign of spoilage — it returns to normal once chilled. Please refrigerate items immediately on delivery and be available to receive your order on the delivery day.

Perishable foods are exempt from the 14-day change-of-mind return; your statutory rights for genuine quality or safety issues remain unaffected.

Description

Savour the deliciousness of halal lamb shank fresh and neat.
Enjoy the tender, succulent flavour of halal lamb shank, expertly sourced from the lower joint of the lamb leg. This particular cut features a distinctive flavour and tender texture that's perfect for slow cooking. Fresh and 100% halal to suit those who follow Islamic dietary restrictions.
Known for its melt-in-the-mouth texture, lamb shank releases a rich depth of flavour when braised or stewed, making it perfect for hearty dishes like lamb stew or tagine.
Choose to keep the fat for added flavour, or to remove it for a leaner meal. The lamb shank can also be cut into small, medium, or large cubes to suit your cooking needs. This pack contains 2 pieces, weighing approximately 800g in total.
