Description

Ülker Dubai-Style Kadayıf Chocolate is a 93 g milk chocolate bar with Antep pistachio (8.6%) and crispy kadayıf pieces (6.4%), inspired by the pistachio-and-kadayıf chocolate known as the Dubai style. The chocolate is made with sugar, whole milk powder, cocoa butter and cocoa mass, with cocoa dry matter of at least 30%.

Kadayıf is the shredded pastry used in Turkish desserts such as künefe, so the crunch will feel familiar. The bar goes well with Turkish tea or coffee after a meal; break it into pieces to share, or chop it over vanilla ice cream or plain yoghurt.
