Chilled items & warm-weather notice

We ship chilled (perishable) foods with ice-gel packs, kept refrigerated. In warm weather, light oil sweating on cured products such as sucuk/pastırma, or softening of cheese, is normal and not a sign of spoilage — it returns to normal once chilled. Please refrigerate items immediately on delivery and be available to receive your order on the delivery day.

Perishable foods are exempt from the 14-day change-of-mind return; your statutory rights for genuine quality or safety issues remain unaffected.

Ulker Halley Chocolate Coated Blackberry And Sandwich Biscuits With Marshmallow

Overview

Indulge in one of Turkey's most loved sweet treats with Ulker Halley Chocolate Coated Blackberry and Sandwich Biscuits with Marshmallow, now available at Turkish Online Market UK, your Turkish Online Grocery & Food Supermarket UK. Halley is a true icon of Turkish snacking, a soft, pillowy marshmallow sandwiched between two tender biscuits and lovingly coated in smooth chocolate. This special blackberry version adds a fruity, jammy twist that brings a burst of sweet-tart flavour to every bite. Ulker is a household name in Turkey, trusted for generations to deliver joyful, delicious treats, and Halley remains a nostalgic favourite for children and adults alike.

Key Features & Benefits

Iconic Turkish treat: The beloved Halley sandwich biscuit, cherished across generations.
Fruity blackberry twist: A sweet, jammy karadut flavour that sets this version apart.
Soft marshmallow centre: Light, fluffy marshmallow tucked between two biscuits.
Smooth chocolate coating: Each biscuit is enrobed in rich, melting chocolate.
Trusted Ulker quality: A respected Turkish brand loved for delicious snacks.

How to Use & Serving Suggestions

Halley biscuits are perfect for those moments when you crave something sweet and comforting. Enjoy one with a cup of Turkish tea for a classic afternoon pick-me-up, or pop a couple into a lunchbox for a delightful surprise. They make a wonderful treat to share with family during film nights, to offer guests alongside coffee, or to keep in the cupboard for whenever a sweet craving strikes. Their individually wrapped format also makes them ideal for travelling and on-the-go snacking.

Recipe & Pairing Ideas

For an extra-special dessert, slightly warm a Halley biscuit so the chocolate softens and the marshmallow turns gloriously gooey, then serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Crumble them over a dessert bowl, layer them into a quick no-bake trifle, or pair them with fresh berries and cream for a playful sweet plate. They also pair beautifully with a milky coffee, a glass of cold milk or a frothy hot chocolate on a cosy evening.

Storage Advice

Store your Halley biscuits in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat to keep the chocolate coating firm and the marshmallow soft. Keep the pack sealed when not in use to maintain freshness and that signature melt-in-the-mouth texture.
