Description

Ülker Pötibör is a plain, lightly sweet biscuit in the petit beurre style, made with wheat flour, sugar, palm oil, invert sugar syrup and whey powder, with 2.5% whole pasteurised milk. The 800 g pack is a family size.

Pötibör is a familiar partner for tea and coffee, and children often have it with a glass of milk. It also crushes easily, so it is commonly used for biscuit-cake desserts such as mozaik pasta, or as the base of a no-bake cheesecake mixed with melted butter.
