Description

Dil peyniri, literally tongue cheese, is a traditional Turkish cheese pulled into flat ribbons that separate easily into fibres. Muratbey's version is made from pasteurised cow's milk and sold in a clear tray. The producer describes it as gentle in flavour and low in salt, and states that it contains no trans fat, sweeteners or gluten.
