Description

Eti Cin Tek Lokmalık Portakal Soslu Bisküvi comes in a 114 g roll and is built in three simple layers: a crisp wheat biscuit base that makes up 60% of the recipe, a soft orange sauce with real orange pulp that makes up 30%, and a sprinkle of cocoa granules on top for the remaining 10%. "Tek lokmalık" means "a single bite", and the small round biscuits are sized for exactly that.

In Turkish homes this is a familiar companion to a tulip glass of black tea in the afternoon, a treat for the school bag, or something sweet to add to the plate when guests drop by. The sharp orange sauce balances the plain biscuit and the cocoa sprinkles, so it works equally well with tea, coffee or a glass of milk.
