Description

Hünnap Organik Elma Sirkesi is an apple cider vinegar made solely from apples grown under organic production conditions, bottled in a 250 ml glass bottle with the Turkish organic farming seal on the label. According to the producer it is fermented in the traditional way, without pasteurisation or filtering, and contains no thickener, preservative, colouring or other additive.

Turkish kitchens use apple vinegar to brighten salads, pickles, marinades and dressings, and it also goes into yoghurt dips, cooked greens and pulse dishes. The producer suggests stirring one dessertspoon into a tea glass of water, or adding it to salads to taste. Because the vinegar is neither filtered nor pasteurised, the producer notes that its natural fermentation carries on in the bottle throughout its shelf life.

Keep the bottle tightly closed after use, away from direct sunlight and heat, and follow the storage advice on the label.
