İnegöl köfte is a famous grilled meatball from Bursa, shaped into small, elongated patties and cooked over charcoal or in a pan. Başak İnegöl Köfte Harcı is a seasoning mix in a 75 g sachet, made so you can season minced meat for this style without measuring out each spice yourself.

Mix the sachet into minced meat as directed on the pack, knead until the mix is even, rest the meat in the fridge for a while and then shape the köfte.
