Chilled items & warm-weather notice

We ship chilled (perishable) foods with ice-gel packs, kept refrigerated. In warm weather, light oil sweating on cured products such as sucuk/pastırma, or softening of cheese, is normal and not a sign of spoilage — it returns to normal once chilled. Please refrigerate items immediately on delivery and be available to receive your order on the delivery day.

Perishable foods are exempt from the 14-day change-of-mind return; your statutory rights for genuine quality or safety issues remain unaffected.

Feeding guide

How much your dog needs each day depends on their body weight:

Extra small dogs (up to 5kg): up to ¾ tray per day
Small dogs (5 to 12kg): ¾ to 1¼ trays per day
Medium dogs (12 to 25kg): 1¼ to 2¼ trays per day
Large dogs (25 to 45kg): 2¼ to 3½ trays per day
Extra large dogs (45 to 60kg): 3½ to 4½ trays per day

If your dog is new to Nutriment, introduce it gradually over 7 days.
