Description

Eti Nero is a sandwich biscuit made from two dark cocoa biscuits with a layer of sweet cream between them. The label lists cocoa at 8 percent of the recipe and the cream filling at 20 percent of the weight, which is why the cocoa flavour comes through clearly rather than just sweetness.
