Description

Avcı Sosis from Egetürk is a classic Turkish-style beef sausage sold in a 550 g can holding six peeled sausages, with a drained weight of 250 g. According to the can label the recipe is 75% beef, with beef fat, milk protein, spices and a light smoke note. The can is marked halal, states 100% beef and is made in Germany by Egetürk in Cologne.
