Description

A chocolate pudding with real chocolate pieces is a firm favourite with children in Turkey, and this Dr. Oetker mix is made for exactly that. Alongside sugar, starch and reduced-fat cocoa powder, the sachet contains 4.3% chocolate pieces that melt into the pudding as it cooks, so every spoonful has a rich, rounded chocolate flavour. The front of the pack marks it as new and carries the familiar 'ideal consistency and ideal taste' line.

Preparation is simple: pour 500 ml of milk into a saucepan, add the whole sachet and cook over medium heat, stirring continuously. When it starts to boil, turn the heat down and keep stirring for another 2 to 3 minutes, then ladle it into bowls and serve cold. Each pack carries a different recipe idea, so it is easy to try something new with the same sachet.
