For UK and Wales;

·         Your orders of £50 and above placed at 11.00 am and before are delivered to the Contracted Shipping Company Free of charge on the same day. As per our agreement, it is delivered to your delivery address on the next Business Day. This period can vary between 1 and 3 days.

·         Your orders under £50 placed at 11.00 am and before are delivered to the Contracted Cargo Company on the same day. As per our agreement, it is delivered to your delivery address on the next Business Day. This period can vary between 1 and 3 days. The delivery fee is set at £5.99. This Shipping fee is fully charged by the Contracted Cargo company.

Your UK Cargo orders placed by our Esteemed Customer are delivered to you by DHL Cargo and DPD Cargo, which are our agreements.

·         Sundays Friday Saturday Monday For addresses other than London Delivery, the orders you place on Friday, Saturday and Sunday are delivered to the cargo company on Monday and delivered to you on Tuesday.

·         The Cargo companies we have contracted with reserve the right to make changes due to force majeure reasons on the delivery date. Weekend Delivery (For Saturday Deliveries only);

·         Friday Saturday at 11.00am and before for orders of £150 and above will be delivered in accordance with our agreement with DHL Cargo. However, in cases where possible Cargo may be caused by Couriers, Delivery can be provided on Monday. Saturday Friday and 11:00 a.m. For orders placed after 11:00 a.m. on Thursday and before 11:00 a.m. on Friday, unfortunately, TIKLA GELSIN UK LTD does not take any responsibility if the delivery is not provided on Saturday. If it is not delivered on Saturday, we must be informed via our Whatsapp Live Customer Support line no later than 14:00. Weekend Delivery is only valid for UK Shipping. A minimum purchase of £150 is required.

For Scotland and Northern Ireland;

·         Your 25 KG / 25.000 Gr orders placed at 11.00 am and before are delivered to the Contracted Cargo Company Free of charge on the same day. According to our agreement, it is delivered to your delivery address within 2 days. This period can vary between 1 and 3 days.

·         your orders under 25 KG / 25.000 Gr placed at 11.00 am and before are delivered to the Contracted Cargo Company on the same day. According to our agreement, it is delivered to your delivery address within 2 days. This period can vary between 1 and 3 days. Dec. The delivery fee is set at £14.99 for the first 25 Kg /25,000 Gr. This Shipping fee is fully charged by the Contracted Cargo company.
